Our American style pale ale is medium to full bodied with an assertive hop bitterness and aroma. The flavor and fragrance of American hops mush with a strong malt backbone.

Hoppy fruity aroma. Dark gold appearance. More citrus and pine flavor. At the brewery after a bike ride. I think the best beer I have had at Capitol City.

Poured from a tap. Clear copper color, medium off white head. Not much of an aroma. Medium body with a crystal malt flavor and a slight C hops in the finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JUN 23, 2015 On tap at the brewpub. A good pale ale that has a bit more, or a bit darker, malt base than average. Plenty of earthy and citrusy hops.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were very quickly diminishing and left behind a very softly carbonated transparent light yellow orange colored body and a fair lacing. The weak aroma was malt hop. The mild citrus semi-flat thin mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish with a mild hoppy aftertaste. The semi-sharp flavor contained notes of mildly bitter candy and hops. An OK brew just nothing special.
