2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Reviewed from notes. On tap at the Union Station location.
Pours a moderate copper brown color with a bit of a white head. Not much lacing. Nose brings forward some very light citrus and floral hops. A bit of malt. The taste is really light with some very mild hopping. Mostly just some pale malt. A bit of bitterness in the feel. Nothing inherently wrong with this, but it’s fairly run of the mill and quite light.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Had this in a sampler from Capitol City Downtown on September 5th, 2005. Gold bodied with a nice hoppy nose to it. Lots of sweet malts and fruits as well. Taste is fruity (mainly citrus) with sweet malts and big hops. Mild earthiness about this as well.Body is medium with a mild carbonation feel to it. Finished as expected - hoppy and crisp with a lingering sweet malt underbelly.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap, Downtown location, 2006 RBSG pubcrawl. Pours a light copper/amber under a small creamy film of head. Aroma is light, sweet, fruity, with some floral hoppiness. Flavor is rather genericly bitter and pedestrian with a finish that tastes floral and perfumy. Mouthfeel is light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Middle of the road at best, a very generic APA.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Orange colour-very clear with a thin dense white head. Aroma from hops-floral and citrusey-not too potent with some off-aromas. Medium-bodied; Spicey potent hop character and actually fairly balanced with malt. Aftertaste bittered from the hops-not overly so, however! Overall, a definately good APA representation, worth trying! I got this growler courtesy of my sister's fiance and sampled it on 28-November-2003.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dry hopped with Galena hops on cask at the Shirlington brew pub. Pours a transparent, slightly hazy, yellowish lime green with a sudsy white head. Aroma was very herbal, slight citrus with also a dank, swampiness happening. Flavor was nice, grass, white grapes, light grain, a touch of corn and a little light orange. Flat in the mouth, oily on the palate with only a bit of lasting bitterness. I’ve had this on tap without the dry hopping before and it wasn’t worth rating. Having it on cask and dry hopped made it worth a pint but not worth trying again.
