COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The “Snow Wit” is a Belgian style, double white ale made from 50 percent white wheat malt and an addition of flaked oats to create a soft malt base. Served unfiltered, this 7 percent abv seasonal brew has a slight tart finish with hints of coriander and orange zest for the classic Belgian wheat beer flavors.

This double wit bier is characterized by an unusually strong banana aroma. Pours the requisite cloudy straw yellow. Bitterness is amped up in the finish and lays on the tongue for a while after the swallow. Light tart throughout. Nice round and full mouthfeel.
