COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Light bodied wheat based ale, fermented with our Kolsch yeast. 252 lbs. of fresh pureed, seedless strawberries were added post fermentation. This ale is sure to have you wishing for summer!

Draft, Capitol Hill. Hazy apple juice body topped by small white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, strawberry, perfume, some orange, blueberry. Taste is moderately sweet, strawberry, some blueberry, straw. Light body, light crispness.
