(Cap Hill) White head atop cloudy lemon yellow body. Aroma is medium sweet, coriander, light lemon. Taste is medium sweet, coriander, some orange peel, light wheat. Fairly dry finish. Light-medium body, some acidity, light creaminess.

I looked at the ratings for the Belgian Saison from Cap City and it seemed completely different. This one looked like a hefeweizen, it’s glowing soft yellow and completely cloudy with a finely-bubbled spitzy white head. Sweet anise and lemon nose, plenty of yeast esters. Tastes a bit silky and smooth, with a bite of carbonation on the back of the throat, and overall a nice floral soap and lemon citrus flavor. I had a few of these, really like them.
