(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of grain, grass, cereal, and light fruit notes. Flavor of grain, grass, and earthiness with a moderately bitter finish.

GABF 2009. Pours clear light yellow with a small, fizzy white head, somewhat lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, cereal, meal), light hop (grass), average yeast (sweat, dough) with notes of pineapple. Light bodied, thin texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.
