oberabcbbsok (684), Hoboken, Belgium Jun 25, 2008 Tasted on bottle. In the name you are thinkin g of a belgiam white, but this is not a belgium white. A very nice and good tasting herbal beer.

Last sunday @ home. Thx tot BoBoChamp (Hopduvel)
Hazy yellow color, with good snowwhite head. Aroma, spice/herbs (Manuka leafs ?), some wheats tints. Medium body. Taste some malts, not the typical wheatbeer, more
herbs and spice, nice bitterness.
Special but good brew.
BoBoChamp (722), Gent, Belgium Aug 17, 2008 33cl, new brew Anno 2008, Belgian White with manuka, from De Hopduvel Gent, easy to drink, yet complex, balanced, cloudy, rocky head, good brew note666 (223), Eindhoven, Netherlands Jul 21, 2008 330 ml bottle. amber colour. medium white head, fading. it’s an easy fruity beer with a kind of spicey aftertaste. I don’t know how mauka leafs taste....... but perhaps thats what gives it the spicey aftertaste..... nwilder (36), Denmark Jul 3, 2008 The Manuka beer pours a hazy amber gold with a super tight off-white head. The aroma is dominated by grain and caramel with clear belgian spicy notes, such as pepper, apricot, and peach. In the mouth it unfolds new and more complex elements, suggesting herbs, pear and lots of classic Belgian funkiness. It starts slightly sweet and crisp, with loads of lively carbonation. It then rapidly turns drier and finishes tart with a long spicy bitterness.
An interesting and attractive beer.
