Bottle pour at SARA. Sorta like Cuvée de Tomme with carbonation. Sour, Cherry, awesome.

Great bottle ! Pours a rusty brown with a finger of gaseous eggshell colored foam. Great complex notes of spicy cherry pie, sweet vinous notes and some boozy wood character. The palate follows with a beautiful rustic cherry pie fullness enhanced by tart sour notes of vinous fruit and well balanced barrel influence. A real treat to drink !

750 ml bottle shared by b3shine. Pours a hazy deep orange amber color with a thin off white film. The aroma and flavor have tart cherry, cherry skins, vinegar, wood, caramel, light acidity and funk. Some solvent to the nose. First drink was a touch rough, but did improve.

750ml bottle, shared by b3shine. Hazy raspberry rosy light brown color, nice gradient. Little off-white head, couple loose bits of lace. Tart, spicy taste. Light bite to it, but I don’t mind. Big wood, some cherry. Bigger body. Light sticky texture. Light carbonation. Decent fruity sour.

750 ml bottle shared by b3shine- thanks, Beau! Red wax-dipped, so it’s this version, not the Barrel Select Cherry. Pours a hazy reddish-brown, very murky, with no head. Aroma of tart cherries, lemon, oaky funk, vinegar, earth, and spice. Flavor of soap, lemon, tart cherries, oak, grapes. Medium-bodied, with low carbonation and a sour, funky mouthfeel. Not my favorite take on a cherry sour.

Bottle. Pours murky brown. Tart aroma and a very sour cherry mouth. Not sure on this

750 ml bottle to snifter (shared by me with the group). Looks good; a cloudy orangish-brown with thin off-white lacing. Smells tart with notes of cherries and light nail polish remover. Tastes like it smells without the nail polish. Good on the palate. Plug your nose and drink up!

Cloudy reddish brown color with an off white head. Flavors of balamic, wood, cherries, ligh lemony notes, some aspirin flavors. Loved it.

Bottle shared by Ari, thanks! Pours a very cloudy amber with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a light sour cherry note with a bit of backing oak and funk. Flavor starts with a nice sour cherry note with a bit of barrel and a light funk note that come out in the finish.

Bottle. Pours hazed amber brown with white head. Aroma cherry pits, sweat, Brett. Flavors Bretty, cherry, some vinegar, bit dirty, long sour finish. Nicer cherry and less vinager than the others had today which implies their barrel program might be getting better.
