A Brown ale aged in oak barrels with Brettanomyces and Raspberries. This beer uses the same base beer as the Cherry version, creating a refreshing sour ale, with an intense Raspberry aroma. This version has much more upfront fruit flavors than the milder Cherry version.

Editors note: 750ml bottle, and having a label marked R1 that states it was bottled 7/11.
Released in December 2011, 240 bottles.

Sampled from bottle. Poured a reddish, brown color with a tiny fizzy white head. Nice tart notes in this one. Light vinegar, raspberry notes, some barrel character. Fizzy character breaks up some of the tartness there. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle poured into glass. Big thanks to Brewkkake for sharing this bad boy! Tons of raspberry in the aroma and flavor, lingers for quite some time on the palate. Perfect balance of tart, funk, sour and fruit flavors. Outstanding!
