UPDATED: MAR 1, 2013 Deep red-brown body, large creamy off-white head, solid lacing. Nose is pungent fresh raspberries and light musty oak. Flavor shows a less intense raspberry character that is more seedy than the nose, the oak too is a bit more mellow. Medium bodied, refreshing acidity, light sourness,

Bottle shared by Ari, thanks! Pours a cloudy amber with a light brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a nice deep raspberry note that is slightly tart and a bit of oak, funk and grains. Flavor has a good amount of raspberry that has a nice tart note and a good backing oak and funk backing.

Bottle, pours murky amber off white head. Aroma has raspberries, vanilla, nutty. Flavors have raspberries, seedy, vinegar, vanilla, acidic finish. Spritzy feel. Pretty decent but rather muddled too.

Sampled from bottle. Poured a reddish, brown color with a tiny fizzy white head. Nice tart notes in this one. Light vinegar, raspberry notes, some barrel character. Fizzy character breaks up some of the tartness there. Quite enjoyable.

Thanks, Moll. Nose has a good raspberry character and faint earth. Good acidity and fairly easy drinking. Could use some complexity.
