On tap at RnH for bronite. Medium yellow/gold pour with medium white head. Very delicate aroma of floral hops and some dryness. Palate is somehow lemony and zesty without being tart or puckery. Kind of has a watery palate with lingering dry mouthfeel. High drinkability. Not intense. Good.

Tulip at RnH. Minimally hazy golden yellow with one finger off-white, fair retention. Lemon peel nose with white peppery saison yeast, some dusty pale malts. Flavor follows suit, lemon rindy and dry, minimal sweetness. Bitterness earthy and peaked at a 4. Mod carbonation with light to medium body. Solid.

Growler from DeCicco’s, shared with Max, Andy, and Pearl prior to departing on our road trip. Pours a hazed gold with a small white head. Sweet lemon and citrus, dusty lemon peel. Slightly sweet, dusty lemon and citrus, soft wheat. More lemon on the finish, crisp and clean, a touch of sweetness. Quite nice.
4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20 Thorpe429 (4844) - , Illinois, USA - AUG 4, 2011
On tap at Pizzeria Paradiso - Dupont. Served in a skinny pint glass.
Pours a slightly-hazed very light golden color with a good-sized white head and some nice spotty lacing as it goes down. The nose carries the distinct markings of Amarillo hops with some really nice floral and citrus notes. The flavor takes it up a notch with a touch of wheat and accompanying feel plus a major hop presence. Light body with crisp carbonation and an absolutely-gorgeous lingering bitterness on the palate that I can still feel 5-plus minutes after my last sip. Simply astounding. In my opinion, this beer has just taken the torch from Gumballhead. Bravo, Captain Lawrence.
EDIT: Apparently this is brewed with Citra, Sorachi Ace, and lemon peel. Well, that combination tastes a hell of a lot like Amarillo to me. Either way, very good stuff.
Serving type: on-tap

Pours hazy gold with small white head. Aroma was citrus and lots of it, I sensed a combo of lemon and grapefruit. There was also a earthy yeast aroma. Taste was sweet and somewhat tart. That citrus tartness cut the sweetness. Light mouthfeel with a drying finish.

growler thanks to Sean... murky medium gold, light tan head... pineapple with pine, a bit of lemon candy... the taste is more lemon with hops, a bit too herbal, alright
