COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian style amber with ginger added. It is a malty and fruity beer with hints of ginger in the nose and in the flavor. Low in bitterness, dominated by the malt and flavors of the yeast. Brewed exclusively for the Ginger Man restaurant group in NYC and Connecticut.

Pint on tap at Ginger Man in NYC. This is really a novelty/change of pace drink. Don’t expect it to really stand out in quality among other beers. especially given the selection of top notch brews at Ginger Man. Nevertheless, this is a good beer. Light amber appearance, not too much head. Aroma is very malty with no floral hop character noted. Ginger also prominent, as expected. Taste is identical to the aroma- kind of a bland maltiness with subtle but stong ginger taste. Palate is crisp and dry. Low alcohol content noticeable. Nice to drink when you are at the Ginger Man, good change of pace.

On tap at Ginger Man NYC. Poured a clear amber with an orange hue an a white head that dissipated completely. Aroma was full of ginger with a bit of sweet grain and bread backing. Flavor started with sweet grain but was quickly taken over by a strong ginger note that was backed by a bit of a bread note.

On tap at Ginger Man in NYC. Pours a clear golden color with a very small whitish head sitting on top. The aroma is very gingery along with bready malts and Belgian yeast, maybe slight citrus character. The flavor is heavy on ginger and spice with a good dry malty background, bready and crackery, with Belgian yeast and spiciness. Tingling on the mouthfeel from all the spices. Medium-bodied and dry with average carbonation. A moderately enjoyable beer but not one I’d seek out again.

Draft at Ginger Man in NYC. Pours a mostly cloudy amber color and topped by a thick off white head of foam. The aroma shows notes of fresh ginger, yeast, and floral hop bitterness on top of a sweet cereal grain malt base. The flavor follows suit with the fresh ginger, spicy clove yeast, and some dry bready malt thats add a some sweetness. Some light floral hops add some bitterness on the finish. Medium bodied with ample carbonation with a spicy, ginger finish. Not bad, but this a given to try when your at the Ginger Man.

on tap @ the Ginger Man NYC, amber in color, aroma is some ginger and hops, i didnt think it was a belgian at all when I had it, sort of a hoppy brown ale more than a belgian, very easy to drink, the abv is good for a session beer but the sweetness from the ginger would get to me if i had more than one.

Really nice ginger and cracker nose, light herbal hops. Nice spicy ginger, dry cracker malts, herbal/grassy hops, light lemon. Finish is all ginger, lots of lingering spice. Lovely
