12 oz. bottle. It pours a pinkish orange color with an effervescent white head. The aroma is super floral with lots of roses, orange, tangerine, oak and hibiscus. Very nice. The flavor is big on flowers; hibiscus, oranges, ruby red grapefruit, subtle sour and good oak presence in the finish. Wow. Really, really good.

Pours pure pink amber with a decent with head and some sediment sitting at the bottom. The aroma brings big notes of methane gas, pleasant, with sweet floral notes from the flowers - quite nice. The flavor brings the wild yeast, sweet floral note, and faint berry notes. There is still of lot of carbonation as well, but not a gusher.

Thanks to Maltajo for the bottle. Aroma is tart apple, herbal flowers and touches of hops. Light crisp malt with with a light sour tartness, fruity and herbal in the taste. Quite nice and refreshing.

This pours a pinkish color with a thin white head that yields some spotty lacing. A wild berry and very floral aoma, with some of that funky wet basement smell too. This isnít all that sour; more sweet than sour. Flowery flavors are noted; picking up more hibiscus than any of the others. Thereís a constant vegetation flavor throughout with a little bit of grapefruit or some tropical fruit cocktail element. Very easy drinking and a bit thirst quenching. Itís a little too fruit juicy; maybe could use a little more tartness or funk, but otherwise this is a good beer.

Bottle from Gingerman I bought for Sunday night Patriots game. Pours cloudy pink kinda looks like grapefruit juice. Nose is floral and citrus with thin head but some lacing. Tastes of grapefruit, earth, Brett, grass, and floral. I get more hibiscus than the other florals. Very dry on finish and not as tart as I would think.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours a murky rose color with a large frothy head. Good head retention and lacing. Kinda chunky, but itís the last pour, just the way I like it. Bottled 5/12. Aroma of big floral notes, vegetal and earthy notes and a mildly funky finish. The taste is floral and vegetal notes, earthy notes, citrus and mild funk. Medium bodied.

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2012 Kumquat, cranberry. aroma. Rose orange colored, medium pink head. Pink grapefuit and kumquat flavor. Tart and fruity, somewhat vinous, but not really doing much for me.

Sampled at Danís after Top of the Hops tasting. Clear pinkish body with a good pink head. Extremely floral and perfumy and rose petals and hibiscus. More floral than sour. But pretty enjoyable and a great name and label art.

Bottle, 09/20/2012. Pours a beautiful pinkish red, the color of grapefruit pulp, not much head and thin ring of lacing. Aroma of brett, mildly vinous, very floral- roses and elder flowers that become more pronounced with warmth; grapefruit, herbal hops. Taste of grapefruit, tangerine, light tartness, rosewater, touch of brett funk, dry finish. Lively palate, easy to drink. Unique and well done, really enjoyed this one.

Thick, lightly pinkish head, stable over orange-pink, clouded beer. Very fruity (& vinous) nose; cherry, but also other fruit - rosehips definitely possible. Quite some acids emerging in the nose: fruit-, lactic, but I seem to get also faint acidic. But intensely fruity and iniviting. Sourish, near-tart fruity flavour. Again sour cherry, pomegranate juice, rosehips, wild plums, and also the elderberries emerging. Finish is dry, with a spicy touch. Feels more carbonated than it looks. Dry, extremely refreshing, light body. Excellent fruitbeer. Really nice and aaaarrrrghhh ímore-ishí. Many thanks to Chris Kabouter and Freddy!
