Tap. Clear orange gold pour with a big white head. Citrus, pine, floral. Great on the nose. Medium body with bitter finish. A bit more body would be great.

Cloudy orange appearance with an average size off white head and good lacing. Resinous hop aroma in front of soft fruit. Flavor dominated by hoppy tones of grapefruit, melon and pine that lingered in the aftertaste. Medium bodied, nicely carbonated mouthfeel with a lingering finish.

I live 4 blocks from the source of Pliny, and I’ll admit that this is a pretty dang good beer. Lacking on aroma (but it was a 6 month old bottle) still pretty decent garlic lemon Taste from the hops, balanced malt. B+

Bottle as a gift from Matt C. Thanks, man. Pours yellow with nice head that lingers perfectly. Aroma is citrus peal, tropical fruits, and earthyness. First sip is similar with a nice mild bitter finish.

Bottle. The aroma is citrus, peach, some earth and caramel. The appearance is clear amber with a white head. The flavor is like the aroma, slightly more earth, citrus, some pine. The finish is citrus, pine. Medium in body and creamier than expected. ABV is hidden well

Bottle. Pours a clear pale straw yellow body with a one finger fizzy white head that had nice retention. The nose is bright and citrusy with just a bit of pale malt peeking through. The flavor is pretty aggressively bitter up front with a nice mix of citrus and tropical fruit notes from the hops on the back end. The malt stays nicely in the background allowing the hops to do all the heavy lifting. Light to medium bodied with a nice dry finish and fizzy carbonation that enhances the bitterness. Pretty nice IPA, I like the blend of bitterness, citrus, and tropical fruit notes from the hop bill.
