On tap for samples and growler fills at the tasting room. Pours a hazed amber with a thin white head. Soft Belgian yeast on the nose with light hops. Medium bodied, a bit of spicy hops and pithy grapefruit. Malty with big earthy hops. Pungent hops into the finish with long grapefruit lingering at the end. Not much yeast character past the initial notes on the nose, would have personally liked a bit more muskiness.
