3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pouring at Captain Lawrence during their Election Day: Pilot Batch Takeover event. Pours a hazed golden amber with a thin to medium sized beige head. Lightly floral with rye spiciness and a touch of Belgian yeast. Soft caramel, a touch of lemon, crisp wheat and light grain. Nice yeast into the finish, tasty and easy drinking. Light lemon and toast on the finish. Second favorite of the 12 pilot batches that were on that night.

Keg @ Captain Lawrence. Pours amber with a medium white head. The nose is light orchard fruits, some toasted grain, museli, and cobweb. The taste is saison yeast, some light crisp yellow apple, sweet brioche bread. Chewy grains, a bit of pepper. Medium body, soft carbonation. Very solid.
