COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with pureed pumpkins added directly to the mash, and pumpkin pie spices added at the end of the boil, this beer packs a ton of flavor into a malty and smooth amber colored ale. Perfect for when the weather starts to change and ugly sweaters come out of storage.

Appearance was clear orange red gold with creamy diminishing off white 1 finger head, no lace. Aromas are simple sweet amber & pale malts then spices, hints of pumpkin. Taste are sweet malt bacbone upfrount that gives way to spices of all spice, nutmeg, cim, clove and the slight pumpkin aftertaste. Palate was smooth creamy CO2 with light-meduim body, then average length spicey finish. Good effort, alittle lite for me...

Pours a bright orange with a half finger head that quickly disappears. Pumpkin and marzen-like caramel malts in the aroma. Pumpkin on the palate as well, with biscuity malt in the finish. I don’t get the spices they mention. Big difference between this pumpkin ale and the imperial pumpkin ales - much thinner mouth-feel and less overwhelming sweetness.

This one is pretty good. Good spices and pumpkin flavors with a good correct amount of hop bite

Draft @ the Brewery. At the baseline, this is a malty and spicy ale with a smooth mouthfeel. The pumpkin flavor is there, but not obnoxious and sweet. Overall, I don’t like pumpkin beer, but this one isn’t that bad.

Thanks to my local beer swap buddy for this one. Cheers! Pours a hazy brown with an off-white head. Nose is pumpkin with some slight biscuit, some allspice, and some pepper. Flavor follows- mild pumpkin with pepper, spices, and cinnamon. Mellow and nice light to medium-bodied pumpkin ale.

Not a bad pumpkin beer, but the flavors did not do justice to the aroma. It tasted fine, but everything was very muted, and not as pronounced as I would have liked.

nice spices in the aroma and some malt. flavor is a bit tart almost, a bit of malt but kinda watery. this is a decent pumpkin, doesn’t have the artificial character of many others, but could use more malt and body.

Bottle in NYC, courtesy of jtclockwork. Pours clear, deep gold with a small, foamy head. Pleasant sweet pumpkin aroma, hints of cinnamon. Medium sweet flavor, toasty bread, lots of autumnal spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, good pumpkin character. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, further nutmeg, plenty of juicy pumpkin, some brown sugar, toasted malts. A classic pumpkin beer.

Pours brownish copper with no head. Aroma of sweet malts and slight pumpkin spice. Taste follows, not bad but not in the top five pumpkin ales ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
