The aroma is sweet wtih notes of wine, herbs, grapes, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wine, as well as notes of wood, roasted malt, and a light tart brettanomyces note, almost giving it a flavor of a lambic, leading to a very dry woody finish where the note of wine carries thru. Pours an almost opaque black with a vague tint of orange and a dense, creamy beige head. Tart aroma of Brett with lots of pleasant woody accents. Medium body, some burned malt but in a subdued fashion. Again wood and a lightly sour astringent Brett. Light and dry finish. Very refreshing and highly drinkable due to the low ABV. 250608 and 260708 yespr (12443), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Pours dark brown to black with a lacing light brown and creamy head. Extremely fruity and with smooth acidic notes from the bret and barrel. Light roasted malt note too. Flavour starts citric but soon goes into a nice roasted malt flavour before a nice dry and mild woody note appears. Smooth roasted and fruity finish with a light brett note along.8-4-9-5-17=4.3

black, creamy tan head settles down and leaves lace in its wake, charred wood and funk aroma, lots of burnt chocolate flavor, short lived winey sweetness, touch of tartness mixed in with the roasted that continues to grow,
