1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 sayravai (4548) - Helsinki, - NOV 5, 2005
(Canned) Very pale yellow with a tight, foamy, smallish head and soma lace. Sweetish-corny-plasticky aroma with toffee hints. Sweet and sugary, corny-malty flavor with some acidity, a mild, aromatic hopping and a dry, fizzy finish. Decently refreshing, very light-bodied palate with high and fizzy carbonation. Seems like a Budweiser clone - dull, watery and boring.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 Nickls (1342) - SE DC, Washington DC, USA - JUN 29, 2010
(Old BA rate - can)
Poured with the thinnest of white heads that disappeared before I barely had a chance to register that it was there; clear light yellowy gold color
S - Light maltiness; no real vegetal notes show up; but very straw-like and a touch sweet in the aroma. Hoppiness never really shows up; bit of metallic twang; some light malts; nothing really going on here and fairly bland. Thinner and almost watery; was hoping for a bit more body overall in this. Not good; just no real decent flavors and the metallic nature drove this down big time. Not one of the better macro brews that I’ve found in Switzerland.

Going into this I thought it would be similar to Miller Genuine Draft as it’s clearly a knock-off of US "draft" style beers. Doesn’t smell like anything, doesn’t taste like anything either. As others have said, extremely light. No after-taste (or taste at all for that matter) to be found.
