Bottled. A cloudy golden beer with a white head. Aroma is grassy hop and malty. Dry and rounded mouthfeel with a very nice texture. Taste is malty and slightly caramel. Dry and alcoholic end. Very nice beer

Pours golden colour with an average white head. Refreshing, grainy and yeasty aroma with some sweet notes. Refreshing taste with character, light sweetness, medium bitterness. Light body, thin feel, average carbonation and soft bitter finish. Ok.

Appearance: golden with vividly bubbles. Great and white head, not much dense, some rocky and lasting.
Aroma: intensive grassy and some mentholated smells from hops, some green-apples and maybe quince reminiscences. Also, pale malts notes.
Flavor: ephemeral pale malts start. Dry and lasting progress from hops, some resinous, astringent and with herby and menthol touches. Light fruitiness with dry-citric taste like peel-grapefruit and peel-lemon.
Palate: medium body and low carbonation.
Remark: nice, lasting and some resinous hoppyness. Beautiful head. Medium body, some rare for a pilsener but nice. Acknowledgement:

Bottle in a restaurant, Capilla del Seņor, BsAs. A golden brew with a herby, hoppy aroma with some honey, rich full malty taste, full and slightly sweet like a proper Czech beer, then it turns dry, bitter and hoppy in the finish. Excellent stuff, actually does taste like a Czech specialni!

Orangish yellow color, hazy small bubbles. White rocky head. Aroma is sweet, hoppy, flowey with notes of honey. Flavot is chalky, with a liquorish texture, notes of apple. Overall bitter with a sweet touch

Pours a brilliant hazy golden color with a big, white rocky head. Good foam retention, it leaves a nice lacing.
Aroma is very nice, hoppy with notes of flowers, roses, oranges and mandarines. This citrusy sweetness is coupled with yeasty fruity notes of mellon, watermellon and kiwis. Fantastic.
Flavor is intense, with good amounts of bitterness and powerful hoppy presence in the end. Sweet fruity hints are noticeable too reminding peaches, and orange liquor. A pleasant alcoholic kick in the end.
Medium body, pretty alcoholic with a strong also alcoholic finish. Oily texture, medium carbonation. Nice aftertaste.
This is no way a typical Pilsener...too strong and dense sweet fruity flavors and too much alcohol....but I like it a lot whatever it is.

UPDATED: JAN 30, 2007 Bottled, thanks Fukito! Cloudy golden, brief head. Grassy hop aroma. Dryish with rounded mouthfeel. Medium bodied and lightly fruity with a touch of toffee and yeast. Some minerals in a rather bitter finish. Pretty good!

Bottle at Cossab - December 2006. Pours a nice, shinny, golden and crystal clear golden with a medium size white head. Aroma is bready, herbal, some malt. Taste is malty, some caramel, balance but a bit to the sweet side with a nice hoppy aftertaste, minimal acetaldehyde. Mouthfeel is medium, chewy, refreshing, but a bit too dense. A good, local, pilsner.
