Commercial Description:
Stands out because of its copper color, which makes it especially attractive, crowned by a creamy head, has a slight citric aroma. The mouth feel is an equilibrium that confirms all those fruity touches described by the aroma. It´s flavor, a silky sensation in your tongue, is fresh thanks to a hint of bitterness. In it´s palate you will notice a slight astringency that harmoniously fulfills this beer tasting experience. This Cardos´s is top fermented and bottle conditioned.

Thanks to Sprinkle for sharing, you’re awesome man
Pours a hazy orange color with a big, frothy, off-white head that diminishes quickly in a whisky glass. Aroma is fruity with traces of hops and a malty backbone. Notes of orange peel, tangerines and some mango. Taste is surprisingly bitter with hops upfront, lemony, zesty and cedar touches and hints of green apples, lots of smoke and lime. Medium body, smooth, highly carbonated like most Cardos brews. Bitter aftertaste. Well rounded but a bit lacking in balance and complexity.

Thanks to Gustavo, Cardos’ brewer! A rich malty beer with some phenols (intentional, apparently) then a thick bittersweet toasty, bitter, slightly smokey taste. Not really my kind of thing but well made.

Bottle: This is the waitress´ favorite at the Cruzat, a good recommendation. A potent ale with a kick, starts sweet and finishes bitter. Overall a quite good.

Bottled. Hazy reddish brown witha white creamy head. Mild aroma of oats, vanilla, cookies and wet grass. Roasted flavour with touches of smoke and vanilla. Short and mild finish of nut shells and cardboard.

Bottled, thanks Fukito! Hazy ruby, average head. Caramelly and rather sweet, near full bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Lightly caramelly with erstrained hop presence and overall rather neutral flavour profile. Low bitterness.
