At the Orchard, Bristol November 2009. My notes for this cider are very sparse. Deep gold with plenty of dryish apple fruit aroma. Crisp flavour of apples, with a hint of wood and dryish finish. Good.

Polycask at Banbury Beer Festival 05.05.11 Pours pale gold and I would suggest a little more on the dry side of medium, still it was really rather decent. I got this very strange flavour (not unlikeable) of eating cheese and biscuits as I drank this. There was clearly some woodiness and this was a very interesting cider. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.3

Cask Stillage at the Assembly Rooms, Tamworth 11/09/2010 (As Medium Dry Cider ABV 7.0%) Fruity tannin aroma. Golden coloured fruity and a little bitter with a slightly woody and dry oaked finish.
