1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 1/20
grass, skunky, mingy aroma pale, clear, minimal head, cat piss type appearance and to be honest it doesn’t have a taste light body, oily feel, flat,
the only thing good about this is its wet and could prevent death on the hottest day if stranded in a hot place with no water

Drunk bottled in Tobago, also locally brewed versions in Grenada and St. Kitts. No destinction between them. Pour a clear pale gold colour with an average white head. Aroma is grainy with notes of grass. Light bodied with a typical lager carbonation. It is what it is and does the job in Caribbean sunshine.

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Presentation: It was poured from a clear 11.16oz or 330ml bottle into a dimpled mug. The label lists the abv at 5.2%. Appearance: The body is a very light straw yellow color with very good clarity. From an aggressive pour down the center of the glass I got a tall fizzy white head. This light fizzy head fizzled out quickly leaving only a thin ring of bubbles at the edge of the glass. Smell: As soon as I opened this beer it hit me right away with bright floral and grassy hops that also bring a hit of skunk as well. Taste / Palate: There is not much going on here, as is normal for the style. Its a basic light bodied Lager with light rice cereal like malts and floral/grassy/greenhouse like hops. The palate is light, crisp and it finishes surprising clean.

Bottle from Granada courtesy of my buddy. 275ml bottle, light straw gold with a foamy white head. Rough grainy sweet light malt aroma a touch sugary. A rough medium body-mouthfeel. Overall middle of the road but not too bad, rough but drinkable.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Another beer brought back from my brother.
Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pilsener glass.
The appearance was a glossed over yellow color with a slight transparency about it allowing some light carbonation to be seen rising. There was a quickly dissipating bubbly white head and barely any lacing.
The aroma smelled almost exactly like the stag lager I had: light cereal/graininess with a light lemon.
The taste was mainly sweet with a fairly clean crisp finish.
On the palate, this one sat exceptionally light and poundable.
Overall, beach beer, I wouldn’t have this where I currently live but if I ever found my way down there, I could see myself drinking this over that stag lager despite it smelling the same.
