Bottle. Pours light gold with a thin fizzy head. Sweet aroma, like ginger ale. Similar flavor, ginger ale sweetness with a little bit of typical pale lager flavors underneath.. Drinkable.

Drank while on holiday in Tobago and enjoyed on a very hot, sunny afternoon sat near the pool.
Clear 275ml bottle, best before Dec 2008, drank Jun 2008. Poured into a cooled half pint tumbler it appeared a dull gold, light amber colour, but no head, hence the low score for looks.
The smell was all about ginger, well what did you expect?
Ginger was also the overiding flavour within the taste.
It has a strange warm ginger feel, but refreshing and cooling as well, it was just what I needed at the time and my scores reflect that (with some common sense too).

Bottle from Total Wine in Fairfax. Flat yellow color. Aroma of ginger and toilet bowl cleaner. I can’t say taste is similar, because I haven’t tried toilet bowl cleaner yet. Taste is medicinal lemons.

For the tick. Bottle on the balcony with some heavily peppered kingfish, 28/12/11. Headless, urinal gold. Gingernut-dunked-in-shandy aroma. Weakly peppered, feeble flying saucer, gingernut cream sandwich and lemonade taste. Light afterburn on the lips. Slimy, sugary..but pleasant enough. Give me a real ginger beer over this anytime, though. 41425

From a bottle poured an amber color with a small amount of head. Sweet malty flavor with a quick finish.

Got this in a World Beers 8-pack. Pale gold color with absolutely no head. Not a good sign. Aroma is like a pine cleaner. Ginger is present. Very sweet like a wine cooler. Kind of feels like medicine going down. This is not a beer.

I had some ginger beer in college (Lexington, KY), and liked it. This is not that. Strong taste of sweet ginger overpowers everything else except the carbonation. Weak in every sense.

Smells like windex. The ginger is very pronounced, tastes much more like ginger ale than beer. Sparkling champagne like mouth feel.

Bottle from Oak Tree. Pours burnished gold with a little white foam. Strong ginger aroma. Flavor is sweet with ginger. A good dose of ginger. Love ginger, but not necessarily this brew. Still, it’s ginger!

This stuff is halarious soda pop. From a clear bottle looks like ginger ale. Smooth delicious soda pop feel with enjoyable CO2 creamy burn. Can’t beleive there is any alky in this stuff. You’d have to drink a sixpack of this to get talky. Yes, very enjoyable, much better than any NA beer fer sure. Reminds me of many fruity soda pop lambics. Soda pop fer sure, never goes flat even to the last drop. Yes interesting mild burning sensation at the finsh.
