[ Courtesy of Maria ]. Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sugar, light notes of cabbage water and corn, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081202]

Bottled. A light golden with beige head. The aroma is fruity with some dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of dusty hops, citrus, and hints of metal. The body is thin and the finish metallic bitter.

(Bottle 34 cl) Clear golden with a dense, white head. Sweet aroma of brewing cereal. Medium body with sweet corn and a somewhat crude bitterness in the finish. A rather primitive Pale Lager. 030508

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a dense, creamy and chalk white head. Light spiced and cornish dry aroma. Flavour is dry cornish with a mild bitterness. Light spiced yet towards bland bitterness in the finish.

Pale yellow. Fizzy, sweet and bland. This succeeds to be even more boring than the rest of the SAB line.

Bottle. Clear yellow coloured with a fast disappearing white head. Fruity aroma of malts with notes of cardboard and hay. Fruity flavour of malts and hay with notes of hops. Light watery.

Clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma was sweet and malty with yeasty and caramel notes. Flavour sweeet with malty and cardboard notes.

(Bottle) Pours a pale yellow color with a white head. An average South African lager that some how has won numerous worldwide awards...

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a white head. Sweet malty slightly bready aroma. Sweet malty bready flavor. Slightly bready malty finish with some weak bitterness.
