superdude1979 (26), Phoenix, Arizona, USA Dec 2, 2007 Drank this in high school because it got me wasted fast, and as a result I can no longer drink malt liquor. This is a good option if you are homeless and need a buzz. Papsoe (9656), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 2, 2007 (Can 35,5 cl) Comes as "O’Keefe Extra Old Stock Malt Liquor". Decent golden colour with a white head. Aroma with some malt. Medium body, grainy and grassy malt feel and perhaps a vague trace of hops in the finish. A decent Pale lager, but not really much of a Malt Liquor. 040792 mullet2007 (96), Newfoundland, Canada Jun 1, 2007 Pours a pale yellow to golden brownish sort of color, with a reasonably large white head that last for a while and leaves a little bit of lacing. Sweet fruity sort of aroma, and the flavor isn’t really all that exciting. It sort of has a corny flavor with hints of bitterness. Medium to high carbonation but still kind of watery mouthfeel. All in all, a reasonably enjoyable beer. pintbypint (871), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada May 19, 2007 355ml can. Pale yellow pour, white head which holds on longer than a lot of mainstream beers, even leaving some rings in the glass. Corn and grain nose, rather harsh. Some corny, sweet malt flavour. Finishes roughly with some alcohol and harsh grains and papery notes. Sharp carbonation, weak watery body. Eastern Canadians - you aren’t missing anything. Don’t let the "Premium Quality" graphic on the can fool you. Ughsmash (2773), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Aug 31, 2006 Bottled. Poured a clear, bright urine yellow with a decent cap of white head and some lacing. Nose was of a lot of corn... of the syrup and husk varieties... with sweet pale malts. Not really offensive, but not good. Corn syrup, sweet pale malts, and tingly alcohol provide the front of the flavor... on the back, unpleasant veggies and alcohol remain for a long and ugly finish. Carbonation was too high... light-bodied with alcohol highlights around the tongue. No good.
