Jun 15, 2009 The only people actually caught drinking this in public are natives and relatives over the age of 45. Decent sized white poofy cap with skim retention the whole way through on top of a plain gold brew. Leaves a dirty glass. Smells pretty good for not much more than slightly sweet grainy malts and grass. It actually doesn’t have any skunk! Taste is a bit weak but it’s pretty good and better than most Canadian mass-produced beers. More typical malts with some wheat and corn and the tiniest ammount of hops (maybe). Mouthfeel is pretty smooth and well carbonated. Light medium bodied. Leaves a dry and weak wheat aftertaste with near to zero bitterness. Don’t let it get to warm! You need beer to slam - get some of this...it’s actually respectable out of the can too.

Appearance: Incredibly clear body with just a hint of yellow to it and capped by a thin, fizzy, white head.
Smell: Sadly, a near vacant nose with only the mere faintest hints of light pale malts and a few sweetish cereal grain notes.
Taste: Rather light pale maltiness, a tad grainy, and with a cereal sweetness to it. Meager hint of corn. Faint touch of floral hops and an altogether minimal amount of bitterness. Finishes clean and crisp.
Mouthfeel: Thin-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: I’m told my grandfather has a fan of this beer back in the 50’s and 60’s. Nothing inherently wrong, there are no off-flavors, but it’s all just sooo thin in every regard that you’d swear it was a self-designed light lager.

May 14, 2009 This was a pretty bad beer, but I have definitely had worse. I guess as far as cheap pale lagers go, this was decent. Then again, are cheap pale lagers really decent??? LC

Mar 11, 2009 Actually brewed at Miller, Milwaukee, USA Huge fine head; fully clear pale metallic golden beer. Very grainy nose. And a strange, medicinal or dried herbal note. Not bad, boring. Starts as water, gets a metallic tang, dull-grainy dimension, then reverts to water. Metallic palate, ultra-light body. What gave American beer a bad name... Thanks, I suppose, David A, but do I detect a little sadistic streak?

Feb 15, 2009 This poured a light yellow colro with a white head. Aroma was lots of corn and skunk. Flavor was really skunky as well.

Feb 6, 2009 I had this in the can(lol) at the magic stick bar in Detroit, MI. It was the only thing they had there that I never tried, so I figured why not. since I didn’t have a proper vessel, I’ll just say it was skunky, like it tasted like. I would say for the money, you should get this over bud or miller. It’s a lot smoother, and has an appealing sweetness on the finish. Cheers!
