Draft @ Bull and Castle, Dublin.

My first ever pint of Irish cask ale! At the Bull & Castle, Dublin & bought for me by ’The Beer Nut’. Appearance: Golden orange, small white head. Aroma: Strawberry, lots of yeast, perfumey hops with caramel in there too. Flavour: Lemon rind, lots of sweetness on the back end, good amount of hops & a little grassy. Quite a complex beer all the same. Lovely.
