3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled at the Bull & Castle. Golden-copper. Earthy herbal hop nose. Earthy light fruit, light spice, peach and moderate bitterness. Pretty hoppy for an Irish brew, and yet still balanced slightly to the sweet side.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
@Bull&Castle Dublin, cask: Hazy gold, tiny head, mild floral hoppy and maly aroma of citrus and pine. Spices on palate. Sweet flavour with bitterness and little dryness towards finish. Would be even better with more hops!!!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
From the Cask at Bull & Castle, Dublin. Golden bronze and quite smooth. Nice and packed with flavor, yet subtle. Floral hoppiness takes a front seat but shares with a nice light malt. Excellent beer. (#3669, 9/15/2009)
