COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This stout has a robust flavour with a ful bodied and smooth mouth feel. The roast flavours lead to a dry espresso like finish. A generous addition of fuggles hops lead to a tart bitterness which mingles with the roast espresso flavours on the tongue.

Pours with a thick beige head, and dark viscous color. It has a smooth coffee flavor to it. Not bad if you like coffee flavor.

From the bottle brought over from Dublin. Pours black with just a bit of red highlight. Tan head smells like a fresh barbecue. Smoke, roast, and fried bacon. Body is full with more toasted and coffee flavors. A lot less chocolate than found in a traditional Irish stout, but still very pleasing.

Bottle. This is a nice simple dry stout for those who want to step away from the classics to something a little different.

Head: coffee, medium, fluffy and quick to go. Colour: black (technically really dark red). Aroma: malty, roasted, smoky. Taste: roasted, some CO2 acidity, bitter finish. Mouthfeel is creamy but only slightly so, carbonation is pretty strong.
