COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This stout has a robust flavour with a ful bodied and smooth mouth feel. The roast flavours lead to a dry espresso like finish. A generous addition of fuggles hops lead to a tart bitterness which mingles with the roast espresso flavours on the tongue.

On tap with a perfect pour. Solid tan finger of head with a black body. Smell of toasted and roasted malt. Amazing. Taste of dry burnt malt with mild bitterness. Great balance. Soft and crisp texture. Low carbonation. On-tap can’t go wrong with this one.

Bottle from Tesco, Dublin. Black with no head. Has a slightly burnt roasted malt aroma and taste, and quite good for it.

Opaque dark brown. Head dissipates abruptly. Mild, but pleasant dark chocolate and roast aroma. Relatively thin bodied. Roast and dark chocolate taste as expected. Dry, mildly hoppy finish. Pretty mediocre.

Good Stout, burnt malt great sense. Maybe just not enough density, but the taste is good. Nice beer.

Schuim snel weg.

Icy cold day had me dreaming about a stout & I’m lucky this was in the fridge. Starts brisker than expected. Muted espresso notes. Not as enjoyable as the French-Canadian rendition of the style I had two nights ago. I like the dryness here. Less watery than Guiness. Not much more to say.

Can't compare it to a nice Irish Stout. I would say is below average than Guiness! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg at Norseman Temple Bar, Dublin. It pours a brown color with ruby edges and a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, cocoa powder, light earthy in the finish. Taste is quite dry, lightly roasty, with notes of biscuit, grains, cocoa, earth. Finishes quite dry and a tad roasty bitter. Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. Overall, ok stout
