3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 onlyrocknroll (367) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - APR 8, 2008
Cask @ Easter Beer Festival, Franciscan Well, Cork. Nice to have a dry stout on cask rather than nitro-keg, the way God intended it. Black with a medium foamy head. The aroma is quite dry with some coffee. The roasted flavours are a little mild but the beer has some character due to being genuinely dry with a long finish. Medium - light body. Very nice.
