Keg& bottles, regular.Dry hopped for extra aroma, this pale ale has a light malt base with just the right mouthfeel to allow the hop character to predominate. Grapefruit like bitterness is full and lasting and is balanced by a zesty citrus burst of aroma from two late additions of cascade hops.

Bottle at The Gaffe, Dubrovnik. Clear golden body with a faint white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lemon, underripe peach and grass. Flavour of orange pith, lemon and lime. Medium body with an oily texture. Light fizz. Crisp and hoppy - an unexpected treat.

Bottle@ home. Ambrata limpida, schiuma abbastanza fine persistente. Aroma intenso fruttato agrumato(scorza d’arancio e citrico). Erbaceo da dry hopping. Maltato di caramello e leggerissima tostatura. Amara, luppolata, poi abboccata maltata.

KØ15. Good caramelly and piney hop aroma. Almost clear dark golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is sweetish and nicely caramelly. Has a medium to high bitterness which is held nicely in check by the sweetness. Good chalky finish. Tastes like a DIPA but perhaps with less alcohol.

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2015 bottle Exactly how a pale ale should taste like very hoppy beautiful golden color, Strong flavours of bread, grass, citrus and an aftertaste that his zesty and fresh. Leaves a nice and hoppy aftertaste in the mouth that is very powerful and flowery. My other top beer O’Hara’s beer.
