COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg& bottles, regular.Dry hopped for extra aroma, this pale ale has a light malt base with just the right mouthfeel to allow the hop character to predominate. Grapefruit like bitterness is full and lasting and is balanced by a zesty citrus burst of aroma from two late additions of cascade hops.

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2015 bottle Exactly how a pale ale should taste like very hoppy beautiful golden color, Strong flavours of bread, grass, citrus and an aftertaste that his zesty and fresh. Leaves a nice and hoppy aftertaste in the mouth that is very powerful and flowery. My other top beer O’Hara’s beer.

UPDATED: FEB 13, 2016 Deep golden beer, clear, moderate dense head. The nose is citric, floral, perfumy, a bit of nectar. Light to medium body. Oily. The flavour trends to the hoppy side. Citrus, grass, some honey malts detectable. Medium bitterness. Medium long bitter finish. Pleasant.

Bel colore dorato con assenza completa di schiuma. Al naso prevale il caramello, e leggere note citriche. In bocca abbastanza equilibrata, ma ancora leggermente la parte dolciastra domina.

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2016 The beer has a beautiful goden yellow color. The beer is quite clear. The beer pours a normal layer of soft white foam. The bulk of the foam collapses, but a nice little layer of foam remains on top of the beer. There aren’t many bubbles rising towards the top. The smell of the beer is quite fruity. There is a nice amount of citrusy hop aromas. The smell has a little savory touch to it. The taste is good. It is a little milder than the smell. There are some nice hoppy citrus fruit flavors and a tiny hint of strawberry. The taste isn’t very special. Its a good Irish pale ale, with nice hop and fruit notes

0,5l Flasche. Orangenes Bier mit kleiner Schaumkrone. Riecht blumig, leicht fruchtig mit einer Note nach Toffee. Schmeckt malzig, nach Toffee. Angenehm!

33cl bottle. Golden pour, large foamy white head. Aroma is earthy malts, toasted, caramel, hint of tartness. Carbonation is sharp, flavor is earthy malts, hint of grapefruit, hrbs, some bitterness in the finish. Dry but not qute crisp. Well within its best by but still seems like the journey over tamed it a bit.
