COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg& bottles, regular.Dry hopped for extra aroma, this pale ale has a light malt base with just the right mouthfeel to allow the hop character to predominate. Grapefruit like bitterness is full and lasting and is balanced by a zesty citrus burst of aroma from two late additions of cascade hops.

Lava lamp-coloured with ephemeral foam. Smells of green apples and white wine. Tastes of hops, with hints of brussel sprouts and green grapes. The aftertaste is hoppy and stays for a long time, reminiscent of cigarette smoke.

Pours a deep gold, nice white head. Soft hopped nose, some fresh grass and hay. Nothing overwhelming. Nice smooth english hop/pale ale style bitterness in the flavour. Finish is malty. A nicely done pale ale, nice to have one with isnt murdered with hops.

A yellow beer with a almost medium and blond head. Aroma is fresh and fruitfull, some tropical fruits, peaches, mangos and fructose. Taste is biscuity, citrusfruits, some caramell and grapefruity sourness, quite dry and slightly herbal aftertaste. Medium bodied, slightly biting carbonation, fresh to drink. Fresh, citrusfruity and easy beer.
