COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg& bottles, regular.Dry hopped for extra aroma, this pale ale has a light malt base with just the right mouthfeel to allow the hop character to predominate. Grapefruit like bitterness is full and lasting and is balanced by a zesty citrus burst of aroma from two late additions of cascade hops.

Aroma of pine, citrus, quite fresh hoppiness. Clear golden with small white head. Tiny is lasting. Moderate dry bitterness, moderate sweetness. Finish is bittersweet. Soapy texture. Average carbonation.

Quite a bitter beer which, in my opinion, is too fizzy. It has a weakish flavour and doesn’t compare to other pale ales. Have had much better, rather unimpressed.

Bottle from Tallinna Kaubamaja food department (€ 2,15). Pours gold (not exactly pale), near clear with some tiny bits floating. Head is off-white and short lasting, though doesn’t disappear completely. Aroma is malty, bitter of citrusy hops, floral, resinous and rather sweet, as in honey-like. Taste is more straightforward than aroma, less sweet with notes of pine and ripe lemon bitterness. A bit watery. Medium body and carbonation; dry and a bit sticky mouthfeel; finish is faintly bitter. Overall a slightly lagerish APA - would have expected a more light-bodied and less full beverage. Good for warm autumn evenings if nothing better at sight.

0.5 bottle from supermarket. Pours deep gold, opaline, medium off white head. Faint citric aroma. Bitterness is quite present, but not so pleasant.. metallic and fruity malt notes in the final. Dry and bitter aftertaste .quite boring and unbalanced
