Keg& bottles, regular.Dry hopped for extra aroma, this pale ale has a light malt base with just the right mouthfeel to allow the hop character to predominate. Grapefruit like bitterness is full and lasting and is balanced by a zesty citrus burst of aroma from two late additions of cascade hops.

Look; pale amber golden clear beer with off white modest top. Aroma; pine, fruity resin, perfume, flowers, sweetness. Taste; hops, roasted malts, mild resin, lots of fruit peels, sour peaches - leading to a nice juicy finish. Normal on palate. Really nice brew.

Złote, mętnawe piwo z puszystą i obfitą pianą oraz lekko słodowym, trochę drewniany i minimalnie chmielowym aromatem. W smaku pełne, początku lekko słodowe, następnie drewniane, leśne, lekko owocowe z wyrazistą chmielową, lekko cierpką goryczką na finiszu.

tap at Peters Pub Dublin. Aroma has grains, slight citrus fruit. Palate is dry, cereal and toast notes all over the place. Dry medium bitter finish. Awful, cereal and high acidity dominating.

Bottle - Clear yellow colour, decent white head, good retention, lacing. Aroma of grassy and herbal hops, some cereals, bread. Taste of bread, cereals, rgassy and slight citrussy hops, grapefruit. A bit sourish, and the bitterness in the end is too harsh. Light to medium body, average carbonation, dry, hoppy finish. Good pale ale, easy drinkabe.

The aroma is weak, a little citrus and grassy - looks surprisingly dull. The taste is dry, with strong citrus acidity, slightly malty sweetness guessed. Hop bitterness is palpable, perhaps a little monotonous, but pleasant. The bitter aftertaste is soft and pleasant to play hop, herbaceous and resinous tones on a background of citrus.

An ok pale ale. Earthy and a little more malt balance than I’d like. Grapefruit hops are nice, just light to moderate.
