COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg& bottles, regular.Dry hopped for extra aroma, this pale ale has a light malt base with just the right mouthfeel to allow the hop character to predominate. Grapefruit like bitterness is full and lasting and is balanced by a zesty citrus burst of aroma from two late additions of cascade hops.

A very nice and easy drinker that is still a little different from most pale ales witch makes it a nice change. Aroma is dry, hoppy and sweet but malts are in the show case. A medium to lite body beer with a nice sharp finsh that is dry and a little bitter.

Almost clear golden with a thin semi-rocky head. Nose has a bit of mossy grass for a hop tone with a earthy but light and faint blonde pale malt backing. The taste is a bit sharp and astringent with some bitter grassy tones and a flavor of alcohol esters, some bitterness, and pale malt earthy tones supporting it. Not very pleasant.

Blonde or limpide, sans carbo, fine pellicule de mousse. Arome caramel, pain grille et agrumes. Bonne présence des houblons Assez liquide, amertume longue et relativement sèche sur le final agrume.

Bottle. Almost clear golden body with a medium head. Aroma has slightly caramelly Cascade hops and even something toasty. Thin mouthfeel. Taste has a light caramelly note and a dry hoppy finish with more Cascade. Quite typical pale ale.

0,33L bottle, BB 31.07.2015. Pours golden with white head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is fruity, floral, and grass. Taste is slight bitter and sweet, caramel, and floral. Overall: drinkable, but nothing special.

330ml b. Clear golden color. Small size, fizzy head, disappears in a speed of light. Sweet, faint hops, disguised fruitiness in aroma. Metallic, hops, buttery, toffee in taste. Massive carbonation. Mild bitterness in aftertaste.

330ml bottle
Pours pale gold, fizzy head settles to a few spots of scum. Slightly acidic aroma, harsh hopping, lightly husky grains. Watery, slightly sticky resins, carbonation a little harsh. Tastes industrial, a bit chemical. Resins in the finish, bitter a bit like artificial sweetener. This beer is dead to me, it’s everything about hoppy pale ales that I don’t like.

Smells a bit grassy, earthy? Quite bitter in taste. All in all quite good.

33cl bottle. Pours a hazy gold color with a huge 10cm frothy white head. Very frothy, lasting white head. Good balanced malt and hop aroma with mild sweetness and appreciable bitterness. Flavor is tingy. Danky bittersweet, but mostly danky. This is a dank beer. Those northern irish!
