COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg& bottles, regular.Dry hopped for extra aroma, this pale ale has a light malt base with just the right mouthfeel to allow the hop character to predominate. Grapefruit like bitterness is full and lasting and is balanced by a zesty citrus burst of aroma from two late additions of cascade hops.

Bottle 50 cl. Slightly hazy golden with an off-white head. Some fresh hops in the nose but also a buttery twist. Medium body, sweet and heavily fruity, slightly phenollic with a solid hop presence. Nice hops alright but the malt bill and the fermentation is not all that hot. 280312

Bottled, from Bull and Castle, Dublin. Clear deep golden, rich airy head. Aroma of lychee and pear. Freshly hoppy and fairly sweet with well rounded doughy malt. Growing bitterness. Pleasantly hop aromatic, though a bit sweet to be truly drinkable.

Bottle, at Patricks Pub. It’s a clear amber beer with a fingerthick off-white head. Fruity, grassy nose with a biscuity maltyness and some caramel. Some piney hops too. The flavor has a sweet caramel biscuity base and fruity, piney and grassy hops up front. Full body and a bit unpleasant carbonation. Too metallic in the end. Pleasant bitterness though. Nothing superb here, but it drinks easily and is far from bad. 110311

Hazy yellow colour. Herby hoppy lemon aroma, moderate to heavy. Good mouthfeel. Hoppy bit lemon like sweet flavour, bit yeasty like.
