Keg& bottles, regular.Dry hopped for extra aroma, this pale ale has a light malt base with just the right mouthfeel to allow the hop character to predominate. Grapefruit like bitterness is full and lasting and is balanced by a zesty citrus burst of aroma from two late additions of cascade hops.

Hazy gold pour with a 2 finger, creamy to chunky off white head. Aroma is bright apple heavy tree fruit, citrus and floral hops, biscuit, English yeast fruity esters a little toffee and light spicy notes. Flavor is toast and biscuit up front leading to citrus rind, dusty dried stone fruit, light medicinal notes, planty, fruity and floral hops, citrus rind and light spicy/herbal hops and mineral notes to the finish. Light to medium body with a creamy entry, medium, blanketing carbonation and dry finish with a mineral dryness to the finish. Good stuff overall, more English style to me.

Golden body and unstable smooth lacing. Raw hops, green, plant like yet interesting and appealing. Taste is more classic straightforward, again different than an American style ipa, for sure. (33cl bottle from a Irish import products shop in Angers)

50cl bottle. Zesty, floral aroma followed by some sweet biscuit. Hazy dark gold capped by frothy white head, laces nicely. Rich malty aftertaste as well as refreshing hop bitterness. Carbonation is brisk in the mouth. A good pale ale.

UPDATED: FEB 13, 2016 Deep golden beer, clear, moderate dense head. The nose is citric, floral, perfumy, a bit of nectar. Light to medium body. Oily. The flavour trends to the hoppy side. Citrus, grass, some honey malts detectable. Medium bitterness. Medium long bitter finish. Pleasant.

KØ15. Good caramelly and piney hop aroma. Almost clear dark golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is sweetish and nicely caramelly. Has a medium to high bitterness which is held nicely in check by the sweetness. Good chalky finish. Tastes like a DIPA but perhaps with less alcohol.
