COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg& bottles, regular.Dry hopped for extra aroma, this pale ale has a light malt base with just the right mouthfeel to allow the hop character to predominate. Grapefruit like bitterness is full and lasting and is balanced by a zesty citrus burst of aroma from two late additions of cascade hops.

A very nice and easy drinker that is still a little different from most pale ales witch makes it a nice change. Aroma is dry, hoppy and sweet but malts are in the show case. A medium to lite body beer with a nice sharp finsh that is dry and a little bitter.

0.5 bottle. Clear, gold color and a big, white head. Fresh, fruity and floral aroma seems to come from dry hopping - relatively nice and sweet. Taste is just like the description reads - malty backbone with enough hops to let them take over the sensation. Medium body, slick texture, and average carbonation. Finish is also hoppy but again not excessively. Overall the beer is pretty good and well-balanced - something I find very important in a brew.

Draught at The Shamrock Inn, Cph. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with grasses, citrus, biscuits malts, some peach and pines. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a lively carboantion and a creamy texture. Finishes rather dry and bitter with fruits and pale malts. Would be rather good with a bit richer malt bill. Otherwise an enjoyable and straightforward Pale Ale.
