Very nutty and smokey aroma, with a dark red color. Bitter smokey flavor. I really enjoy this beer. I don’t know what it is, but I like drinking it.

pours a clear reddish-brown colour under a robust pale beige foam; nice lace; earthy and biscuity maltiness; some notes of ginger bread and a touch of berries; medium-bodied and with a fair earthy bitterness; rather high carbonation; quite dry biscuity and fruity finish - a nice one

I will choose this over Killians Irish Red as I prepare for St. Patty’s Day. Pours with a deep red brown topped by a medium thick head with lots of lace. A nice hoppy flavor with a touch of sweet maltiness.

A tasting at Three Callers Milwaukee. A good, not great Irish. Nothing stands out yet nothing offended either. Worth a try.

had this at a ber fest. Nice beer, but nothing special. I would have to say this was a very average beer.

Bottle from Tbone_, thanks! Dark amber color. Cinnamon, butterscotch, cookies and the slightest hint of peaty smoke in the aroma. Sweetish, malty, slightly peated flavor with cardemon and cookies. Some nutty bitterness in the aftertaste. Warming ale with a somewhat sticky mouthfeel.
