Medium brownish-red with an off white head. Aroma of iced tea and toffee. Slighly twangy flavor, somewhat biscuity, but not much depth to this one at all. Pretty pricey for a very average brew.

Deep dark red body with a light tan head. Light nutty aroma, body is a bit thin and the taste is a little powdery but still easily drinkable.

Pours Dark Amber with tan head. Smells of light malt and some roast. Flavor is a smokey roasted malt. Surprisingly light (I guess 4.3% isn’t supposed to be heavy) and thin. Easy to drink alot of.. Not bad.

Draft. Dark amber pour. Just a touch of a haze. Big tan head. Creamy and long lasting. Light malt and some sweet floral hops. Nutty malt flavor with some caramel. A bit of cherry/strawberry notes from the UK hops. Just a bit of biterness in the back. A very nicely balanced beer with good sweetness and hop flavor. Great example of the style.

Bottle. Red-brown with a nice big head. Sweet aroma of toasty malts and hops. Flavour of bitter caramel, toasty malts, hops, bit fruity, bit of spices. A good tasting red ale.
