COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional light hop flavour balances the sweet malty caramel taste. The addition of a pinch of roast barley during the brewing process lends a distinctive roast bite which is balanced by a crisp dry medium bitterness.

The flavor is delicious with coffee zhzhenost soft tones and slight vanilla notes. The taste somewhat muted berry acidity, a little dried fruit, caramel bitterness is not too intense. The finish is dry, zhzhenost comes to the fore, and the acidity reaches deep into the background.

50 cl bottle from City Center One, served in a snifter. Dark amber to ruby red, with medium, short-lasting tan head. Aroma is earthy, chocolate, touch of caramel, mild grassy. Medium body, low carbonation. Taste is low on sweetness, with medium bitterness. Texture is oily.

Bottled - Clear ruby colour, medium off-white head, average retention. Toffee aromas, some dried fruits, breadcrust. Dry taste, caramel, red fruits, earthy notes, some hop bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation, quite bitter finish. Not bad.

From the bottle the aroma is carmel and malts, the taste is Carmel light malts and the finish is a lightly roasted and the mouthfeel is watery. Not overly complex but well balanced.

Solid beer, nice dark red colour with solid white foam, taste is sweet and light bitter but you cant feel aroma in it, have no smell. When you drink it you dont have that taste of beer in your mouth for a while

Kolor mocnej czarnej herbaty, Drobna piana opada szybko do obwódki i cośtam próbuje oblepiać szkło. Zapach nikły, chyba żywiczny. W smaku żywiczno-karmelowa słodowość i niska łodygowa goryczka. I w zasadzie ciężko coś więcej powiedzieć - nie jest złe, ale mało wyraziste, jednowymiarowe i mało ciekawe.

bottle @ home. Pours dark red to copper color with a small white head. Malty and caramel sweet aroma with some spices, red fruits, earth and grinded coffee, some cocoa. Taste is quite dry with coffee, grinded coffee, maltiness, some toffee and caramel but not on a level i’d expect compared to the aroma. Finishes dry with lingering chocolate, cocoa, nuts, spices, earth and then disturbing wet card board which chases the balancing bitterness away.
