rather bland. A watered down hops taste with some carmel like malt notes. It did have a creamy aspect to it but it could not save this beer.

Little hoppy and malty aroma. Brown color, beige head, very nice lace. Light sweet, malty, caramel, nice hop bitterness, medium body. Not outstanding but still a very nice ale.

Clear red-brown coloured. Watery and bitter flavour. Typical irish ale. Not great.

12 oz bottle, mug. Creamy, off-white head slowly diminishes to a crown on a deep red-garnet body. Cookie, caramel malt (M); flowery hops (L); peat aroma. Moderately sweet flavor becomes a lightly sweet, lightly bitter finish. Nice peat flavor in the finish, but the flavor seems a bit watered down. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. The bottom line is: a little fuller and richer and this would be a rockin beer.
