COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional light hop flavour balances the sweet malty caramel taste. The addition of a pinch of roast barley during the brewing process lends a distinctive roast bite which is balanced by a crisp dry medium bitterness.

Dobre i gożkie piwo i o mocnym goryczkowym akcencie na finiszu. Piana spora i twoży na szklanicy ślady. Głęboko ciemnoczerwony kolor tego celtyckiego piwa tylko zachęca do skosztowania

bottle @ home. Pours dark red to copper color with a small white head. Malty and caramel sweet aroma with some spices, red fruits, earth and grinded coffee, some cocoa. Taste is quite dry with coffee, grinded coffee, maltiness, some toffee and caramel but not on a level i’d expect compared to the aroma. Finishes dry with lingering chocolate, cocoa, nuts, spices, earth and then disturbing wet card board which chases the balancing bitterness away.

Almost zero aroma. Sweet and malty and it actually taste "red" as in autumn leafs. No bitterness to be found in here, and that’s not my thing.

Bottle. Deep red brown, off white head. Aroma of dark syrup, banana caramel. Taste surprisingly bitter, lack of sweetness. The aroma indicate more complexity of sweetness.

Copper colour, good on nose, small beige top, sweet malt and caramel taste. Pretty much traditional ale, as it written on the label. Medium body, medium carbonation roasted malts and all together it is pretty much thin.

It has a medium head, inviting smells of malt and hops and a little spice. Tastes sweet, but has a nice hop bitterness there’s relatively long.

May 2015. Bottle dark red color, stable offwhite head, good lacing. Roasted malts on the nose. Sugary roasted malts upfront, caramel, tart fruity tones afterwards thin hops. Flat taste minimal bitterness. Dusty texture, light body short sweetish finish.

On tap at The Slaney, Dublin airport. Mahoganny red with a big, peristant, pale beige head that leaves a lot of lacing. The aroma has caramel, brown sugar, artificial sweeteners, some fruits. Medium bitter and sweet. Well balanced.
