COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional light hop flavour balances the sweet malty caramel taste. The addition of a pinch of roast barley during the brewing process lends a distinctive roast bite which is balanced by a crisp dry medium bitterness.

Bottle at Picadilly, Bodø. Has a clear reddish brown colour with a small light beige head. Sweet aroma of leather, berries, caramel, dried fruit and lots of malt. The hops are more pronounced in a light flavour with some leather and wood. Has a watery mouth feel, and a medium bitterness. Has a sweet and nice aroma but disappoints in the mouth.

Pours dark copper colored with flat, creamy head. Smells malty-caramelly, hoppy-flowery and slight roasty. Starts with lots of caramel malts, some toffee notes. Middle part is malty-sweet with caramel and toffee and some floral hops. Goes into a malty-caramelly finish with some floral hops!

Head: medium, beige, frothy. Color: dark red-brown, clear. The aroma is pretty faint with notes of caramel, malt and grains, roasty and a bit smoky. Thin bodied, easy drinking with a taste of caramel, chocolate maybe, some vanilla, a bit roasty, with moderate hops bitterness and a certain spiciness. Finishes with a hop spiciness all over palate.
