Bottle reads Molings: Appearance: Nut brown colour, low head disappears quickly. Aroma: Dried fruits figs cherries leather and bread. Flavour: Bready and biscuity with a goodly dose of floral hops some leather and tobacco. Mouthfeel: Light bodied witha prickly mouthfeel. Overall: Bready smoky and leathery and lots of complex fruit esters. Reminds me of a trappist beer without the sweetness or alcoholic zap. Easy drinking finishes dry and moreish. It would be great with cheddar and apples.

12 oz brown bottle. Nice fruity grainy aroma with touch of floral hops. Clear amber with small white head. Fruity grainy flavor with some roast on back end. Light body and mouthfeel. Subtle tea like hop notes. Finish is dry and clean.

Pours a copper ruby with a one finger forthy head. The nose is malty, bready, sweet, some hops, mostly grassy herbal hops. The flavor is crisp and sweet, malty, metallic dry hoppiness.

Brewed in Ireland !! Pours a dark amber color with a off white head. Aroma of caramel, fruit, and hops. The taste is of spices and malts that ends with a slightly dry finish. It’s ok, I guess i am not a big fan of Irish Red beers.

12oz bottle served in a flute-ish glass. Poured deep garnet topped by an off-white head. Smells of toasted caramel and a metallic hop note. Taste is fairly bland, some caramel, spicy hops, water. Leaves some clumpy lace, pretty ugly. Average at best.

Clear deep red with medium beige head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel and fruity notes. Sweet flavour with roasted malt, caramel and mild hoppy notes. Ends somewhat bitter.
