COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional light hop flavour balances the sweet malty caramel taste. The addition of a pinch of roast barley during the brewing process lends a distinctive roast bite which is balanced by a crisp dry medium bitterness.

O’Hara’s Irish Red has a very thin, off-white head, a brilliant brick-red appearance, lots of bubble streams, and a little bit of lacing left behind. The aroma is of medium-roasted barley malt, molasses, brown bread crust, and candied fruit. Taste is of tannin, bread crust, and mild bitterness. Mouthfeel is light and watery, and O’Hara’s Irish Red finishes crisp, dry, refreshing, and easy drinking. Overall, this is a simple, yet good beer. RJT

Bottle 0,33l. Pours a clear dark brown colour with a medium sized frothy beige head that settled quickly. Aroma of caramel and roasted malts. Taste of caramel, dark bread, muscovado and roasted malts. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

its a virtual clone of Newcastle. Great red-brown color, thin creamy head. Light mouthfeel, slightly nutty and malty. Finishes of a bit dry and smokey, and not as bland as Newcastle, worth a try to compare the two.

0,33 bottle. Dark to red colour, light minimal head and hazy liquid. Strong fruit with nuts aroma. Medium carbonated. A lot of prunes in the taste and a strong bitter finish. Interesting, but something is missing.

Deep dark red color, with a thin white head. Modest to no aroma, hinting at hops. Relatively light bodied, very dry, and medium bitter. Not sweet in the least - very little detectable malt profile. Slight metallic bitterness in the aftertaste

Butelka 0,5 l. Aromat karmelu, paloności i skórki chlebowej. Piana średnio pęcherzykowa, jasna. Zdobi szkło na średnim poziomie. W smaku jak w aromacie. Wydaje się raczej wytrawne, słodycz i goryczka ładnie wyważone. Wysycenie średnie do niskiego. Finisz lekko goryczkowy, przyjemny.

Birra color rubino con schiuma beige evanescente e pronta a scomparire abbastanza presto. Aroma secco di malto, qualche sentore di affumicato e qualche spezia. In bocca caramello e malto affumicato appena percettibile. Birra semplice, acquosa e con poco corpo. Beverina ma non trascendentale.
