Really liking this one! The aroma is wham in your face; lots of toasted malt character with a coffee element as well. Pours a dark black with a tan pillowy head that fades to lacing that loves clinging to the pint glass. Taste is somewhat sweet with notes of chocolate, coffee, and especially toasted malt. Finishes exceptionally smooth and flavorful but with enough bitter dryness to prepare you for the next sip.

Draught at Frederiksberg Řlbar. Medium high lasting creamy light brown head. Pitch black body. Nuts roasted malt cocoa coffee aroma. Mild creamy roasted malt nuts coffee flavor with a suitable amount of hops bitterness. Low carbonation. Long finish. Alcohol level seems just right.

Warning!. incredibly inconsistent beer. A good bottle - great chocolate/vanilla aroma with a full bodied Irish stout flavour with again a slight hint of chocolate , with lovely smooth palate and dry coffee finish.... A bad bottle - don’t even feckin talk to me. This rating is judged on a good batch.

UPDATED: JUL 10, 2014 Interessantissima stout. Come tutte quelle dello stesso stile, presenta buone note di tostato, di cioccolato e del caramello, ma in questa si nota un deciso affumicato niente male. Purtroppo, piů la si beve, piů l’affumicato si sente di meno
