COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Limited edition seasonal, bottled, keg.
Cinnamon, fresh orange juice and coconut were added to this juicy Amber Ale to spice it up for the long winter nights. The hops and yeast lend a fruitiness that compliments the spice additions. Dual purpose Northern Brewer hops add to the spicy taste.

Orange color with no foam, spiced smell. Aroma of cinnamon and coconut and some other spices. Too spicy taste and too sweet. It is more like drinking perfume than beer.

Bottle. Clear, amber color, medium white unstable head. I read on bottle label, that this beer contains cinnamon, orange zest and coconut and really in aroma and flavor is actually good balance of those three. But I am not sure if I like coconut and cinnamon, so if somebody like this spices this is good beer for him/her. Other, I have toughts that here is missing some sweetness, maybe too hoppy (these metal flavor hops) for this kind of beer and absurdity is that I also think that here is missing some complexity, beside these dominant spices. But Ok beer.

(bottle) Clear, deep amber colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Mildly malty aroma with notes of cinnamon, ginger bread, cocos and other X-mas spices, accompanied by a subtle fruity and slightly soapy touch. Moderately bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light bodied with a mild carbonation. Slightly malty base with present notes of cinnamon; slim, bitter-sweet finish with notes of cinnamon and coconut. Drinkable, not my cup of tea. 29.XII.14

Bottle. Light amber, small to average and mostly diminishing head. Light to moderate malty and sweetish aroma, some spiciness (cinnamon), faint coconut. Body is light to medium, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, some spiciness, light citrus and hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty and lightly sweetish, some spiciness, faint citrus and light hoppyness. Bit thin Xmas/winter brew. Beer + cinnamon + coconut = why?

MarkoNm (1022) - Novo mesto, SLOVENIA - DEC 31, 2014
Pours a dark amber color, almost light brown, topped with a generous beige colored head. Malrty aroma, some fruity notes and some wintery spices, although hard to pick up. Taste is sweet and spicy, some bitterness in the finish. Nicely drinkable, although I expected it to be more "wintery". Still nice ,though.

Pours amber, with a small head and a tiny bit of lacing. Coconut and citrus share the not-so-overwhelming aroma. Cinnamon, orange, and coconut in the taste. I feared that a beer like this would be too sweet on the palate, but it wasn’t. Instead, I got a decent amount of bitterness - yay, an ale!

500ml bottle. Clear amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Spicy aroma has notes of coconut, cinnamon, orange zest, a touch of aniseed. Taste is identical on moderately sweet caramel malty basis, minimally soapy finish.
