Cinnamon, fresh orange juice and coconut were added to this juicy Amber Ale to spice it up for the long winter nights. The hops and yeast lend a fruitiness that compliments the spice additions. Dual purpose Northern Brewer hops add to the spicy taste.

At Sheridan’s Irish Pub in Zagreb. Amber colored, off-white diminishing head. Malts, yeast, biscuit, cinnamon, gingerbread. Sweet with a gingerbread kick! Full Taste, enough body, medium carbonation. Nicely spiced, excellent, it was worth the money!

Bottle: Deep golden, clear, small off-white foamy layer; mild nose of dark to toasted malt with cinnamon in the background, orange peel and - as indicated on the label - barely detectable; mild bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied; dry and thin finish of coconut and cinnamon flavours. Oh no…

A light malty smell, some bread. The head is large, dark white and creamy with a long duration. The body is cloudy and orange. A quite bitter taste, strong taste of hops. The body is light to medium strong, quite dry with a normal carbonation.

Bottle, 50cL. Home. Gift from GPG & co. A golden clear brown orange beer with few bubbles ; medium white head. Roast, herb, resin, citrus, cinnamon (+), caramel, flower. Light sweet, medium dry bitter refreshing. Light body, thin texture, smooth, good carbonation, bitter toffee dry spicy finish. Overall, ok dry herbal and very spicy beer ; maybe too much cinnamon for me.
